Ride Day Registration At each event start — See directions for details	Packet Pickup & Registration: Sat, June 5, 5:00-6:00 am Sun, June 6, 7:00-8:00 am (Packet pickup extends 30 min more) This is your option if you have to put off registering until the last minute, but we encourage you to register earlier to save money and time!	Ride Day Registration: Both: $149 Wy’East (Saturday) – $90 Gorge (Sunday) – $65	Souvenir pint glass and socks not guaranteed for those registering after Wednesday, June 2. But we guarantee you’ll still have a fantastic time!

Refund policy

Through May 5, 2010: 100% (Not including Sports Base Online service fees)
Through May 28, 2010: 50% (Not including Sports Base Online service fees)
After May 28, 2010: No refund. No exceptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund fees after this time, as we have already done the purchasing required to prepare for the event.

Registration FAQ:

May I register for just one day?

Yes, but you save money on both rides by registering for both days at the same time.

May I register in person anywhere else but June 5?

We are working on an in-person registration at The Bicycle Show in Portland on April 10,11, 2010. Check back for details! And come to the Show regardless. It’s going to be a good one!

May I pick up my registration packet before Friday, June 4?

Packet pickup will be at Friday, June 4, Saturday June 5 and Sunday June 6 only. No packets will be mailed.

May riders under 18 ride unaccompanied?

Tour de Hood is a hilly, challenging ride. All riders under age 18 must be accompanied by a riding adult. This ride is not suggested for riders under age 15!

How are tandems registered?

Each rider on a tandem must purchase his or her own registration number.

Can I register by mail?

Yes, if you really have to… But you’d better write legibly and you must enclose your payment at that time to receive the corresponding deadline entry!
